My Project
My students enjoy small groups and use anchor charts to work independently. The chart paper will allow us to make anchor charts for skills we are learning that will be up for the students to reference during independent work. The card stock and laminating paper will allow me to provide my students with task cards and other small group/independent practice. The fine tip dry erase markers will provide the students a writing utensil that will allow them to work on hand writing. The photo paper will let them take evidence of their work to track their progress.
I want to empower my students to work independently.
Too many times they rely on the adults, waiting for corrections or hints. By providing students with anchor charts, reference sheets, and task cards they will have access and build their problem solving skills by finding the information.
I have an inclusion class. Many of my students need extra practice and examples. They work hard to grow their skills through practice, using tools, and seeing their own progress.
