Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In providing these tools, we will be able to get materials out to the students faster, and more evenly, along with better measuring tools for sculpting and advanced wheel work. All of this allows my students to gain a better understanding of how tools can help with creating correct proportions with their pieces, and taking the guesswork out of measuring. These tools can help with adding texture to clay pieces, cutting even slabs for large amounts of students, and making sure separate pieces, like a jar and lid, line up perfectly.
