Tools Needed for FIRST Robotics

Help me give my students tools to fabricate and repair their FIRST robotics robots.

My Students

My students are tomorrow's Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) leaders. They dream big and work hard, the majority of them move on to study STEM in college and become engineers.

My students enroll in challenging STEM courses and take the knowledge they learn in these courses and apply it in my Pre-Engineering Courses, as well as in our FIRST Robotics Club.

My school is a high-achieving large suburban school, with vibrant diversity and extremely dedicated teachers throughout the large building.

My Project

These tools will be used by students both within my classoom and after school, which both work on FIRST robotics projects, mainly competing in the FIRST tech Challenge.

Currently students are limited in their opportunities as a result of lack of common tools such as pliers, wrenches and screwdrivers.

These tools will open up more opportunities for more students to become more engaged in the brainstorming, fabricating, and repair of robots.

These tools will be used during the school day, and after school, and many will even be taken on the road for competitions. These will enable students to be more hands and and work in a safe and fun learning environment.
