it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our bilingual kindergarten classroom is filled with bright, curious, and hardworking students who are excited to learn every day. I love how determined they are to become readers and how proud they feel when they recognize new words in both languages. Their enthusiasm for learning is contagious!
To support their growth, we’re asking teaching tubs, a pocket chart and easel to help with interactive whole-group instruction, especially during phonics and vocabulary lessons.
The professional development books will help me continue to learn effective strategies for teaching early literacy in a dual-language setting. The phonics resources will provide hands-on, engaging practice that builds confidence and reading skills.
These materials will make a big difference in our classroom—helping my students stay organized, engaged, and supported as they learn to read in two languages. Thank you for investing in their success!
