This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a fresh new behavioral health specialist that wants to succeed in helping my students. I am new to the school environment and have a whole new room to start with. I have little office supplies and storage/organizational options and want to expand my world. It can be a little messy and hectic trying to go through the school day without organization. I have lots of paperwork, worksheets, and activities to do with the children. However, I only have a couple of places to keep them organized.

I want to become an efficient and organized teacher for my students.

Kids can learn through visuals and modeling. I want them to learn from the visuals of a tidy and organized classroom. I want them to learn to be prepared and these supplies help me show them that. The resource books are for my own personal knowledge and growth. I want to improve myself and find better ways to help my students grow.
