Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My Kindergarten Class is ready to learn. They have their backpacks but not the essentials to fill them. They will need tools to go home with to use on their homework such as notebooks, scissors, pencils, crayons, and glue. Their homework time will be easier when they have things to help them write, color, cut, and paste. Parents won't have the financial burden associated with these tools which are much needed to help their children at home.
These items will be appreciated by the school community, students, and myself as we prepare them for afterschool learning.
