Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The glue sticks will help my students work more effectively when doing their cut and paste projects in math and ELA when completing center activities independently. In addition, the manipulatives will help them learn how to solve problems by actively acting out their word problems. Having these tools will greatly enhance their understanding and learning of the various strategies and standards they are expected to learn for their next steps. By doing hands-on-activities, students are more engaged and build their confidence as they develop strategies to help them achieve their goals. Please help!
