This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Using binders in our classroom helps foster that independence and organization. Each binder becomes their own personal learning tool. It allows students to:
• Stay Organized: Everything they need — notes, assignments, practice work, and resources — is in one place, easy to find.
• Take Ownership: Students take responsibility for maintaining their binders, which builds pride and accountability in their work.
• Track Progress: As they add work over time, they can see how much they’ve learned and improved.
• Develop Lifelong Skills: Organization, responsibility, and time management are skills that will benefit them throughout school and life.
