Fearless Fourth Graders!
My large class of diverse learners thrive in an environment where they can ask questions, where they are challenged, and where they feel safe, respected, and comfortable.
My students are creative, thoughtful, resilient, and compassionate, with such bright futures ahead of them!
Although the past year and a half has presented many challenges and obstacles, we are excited to come together in person this school year. In this class, we approach every opportunity as a place to learn and grow, and the transition back to in-person learning is just one example of this.
We are so excited to see where our learning will take us this year!
My Project
Noise-canceling headphones and privacy folders are much needed tools to help our classroom run smoothly. Because we have so many students in our class and not a lot of space, it can be easy to get distracted by those around you, especially since many of us have not been in spaces like this for a while. Both the headphones and folders help our classroom and my students feel calm, concentrated, and productive.
These tools will help create an environment in our class that allows students to work independently and stay focused.
I have seen these tools work with my students before. This project will help expand access to these tools to more students in my class.
