My Project
Creating a calm, organized, and inclusive classroom environment is essential for helping all students feel safe, focused, and ready to learn. Items like thinking putty, anxiety sensory stickers, and the Warm Pal elephant offer comforting, tactile tools that help students regulate their emotions and manage stress throughout the day. These simple supports go a long way in building a space where children can thrive emotionally and academically.
To keep our classroom functional and visually engaging, I also need materials like Mavalus tape, hot glue sticks, and zip ties to hang displays and organize supplies on our cinder block walls.
Tools like headphones and adapters support independent learning and accessibility during lessons, while the compressed air duster helps maintain our tech equipment. Finally, the gentle glow of an owl night light adds a warm, soothing touch to our calm-down corner. Each of these items helps create a space where students feel supported, focused, and excited to learn.
