Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will provide much-needed therapeutic tools to create a safe and engaging counseling environment. I am requesting therapy board games, fidget toys, social skills activities, and art materials to support students during individual and group counseling sessions.

Therapy board games and social skills activities help students learn to manage emotions, develop empathy, and improve communication in a fun and non-threatening way.

Fidget tools provide calming sensory input for students who struggle with anxiety or attention issues. Art supplies give students a creative outlet to express feelings they may not have words for yet.

These tools will help students feel more comfortable during sessions and more motivated to participate. Most importantly, they will give my students the opportunity to build emotional regulation skills, learn how to resolve conflicts, and express themselves in healthy ways.
