Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are energetic middle school children that are very creative and enjoy working with pictures, graphics, and drawings. At the moment they are creating the school yearbook.

My students can be described as "Creative-artistic young designers." They love to participate on different after school activities such as: sports, music, art and computer design.

They take pictures of school activities and upload their pictures to our design software to create beautiful colorful pages, will become memories of our school year.

My Project

My students need a good designing device, having a Surface tablet will allow them to upload pictures and move items around using the stylus pen. At the moment my students use Chromebooks, but they need a device that works with different applications and will give them the freedom to work on a touch screen device. Students will upload pictures to the Surface tablet and will edit pictures and templates using the school designing software. They will be able to use the keyboard to type titles and quotes on the pages of our yearbook. Also having a Surface tablet will allow them to use Microsoft software tools.
