Tools For Creating Jewelry

Help me give my students rotary tools and charcoal blocks to create jewelry.

My Students

My student love creating functional art and the more they learn about jewelry and silversmithing the more they want to increase the ability to create, which then pushed them to learn more.

If you were to walk into one of my jewelry classes you would see a mix of boys and girls, athletes and learning and working together to learn as much as they can about silversmithing and jewelry making.

Just like any class, my students love to talk and socialize, but they took this jewelry making class to use their hands and create something functional. They love showing off what they have created and are always looking for ways to create more.

My Project

If Covid-19 has shown us, it's that students need to have access to the tools of the class at home to be successful.

Students will be able to take these tools home to continue creating their own jewelry even if classes go online due to Covid-19.

Tools are expensive for students to invest in their own. When programs have the ability for students to take home tools it allows students to continue the learning while at home and find more success in the creating process.

This project will allow students to create at home.
