My Project
The use of chromebooks and headphones is almost a daily activity in my classroom, especially in math. Using video resources and tools in math, students may view videos explaining various strategies, access material that is at their individualized levels, and create their own videos to demonstrate mastery. The headphones allow scholars to access all digital materials and tools individually. They focus on their goals, are in control of their learning, and feel that sense of accomplishment. Without them, 5th graders get distracted, overwhelmed, and rowdy which causes them to miss important instruction and practice. By having these headphones, students will be able to avoid all of these problems and focus on increasing their learning!
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
Scholars will be able to simply focus on the academic material at hand, and not worry about their neighbor's progress. In addition to the headphones, notebooks and incentives will increase student engagement and therefore achievement.
