My Project

My culinary students love any and all hands-on learning opportunities. Their all-time favorite activity is our weekly cooking lab.

I have had students tell me that the only reason they came to school that day was because they knew we were having a cooking lab and didn't want to miss the opportunity.

That is a pretty powerful statement to hear as a teacher!

Your kindness and generosity will help provide tongs and coffee mugs for my culinary students to learn how to make a different recipe each week. Getting to eat in class while learning to cook and practicing important life skills like communication, teamwork, and leadership are just an added bonus to our cooking labs.
