I teach kindergarten through fifth grade students who need support for behavior. My students work incredibly hard on both their behavior and their academic skills while they are at school. This program gives students the extra support they need to thrive in the educational setting.
I am fortunate to work with the most amazing group of students.
My students are funny, smart, silly and simply awesome! Everyday I am amazed by something unique and special one of my students does.
My Project
The students in my classroom need a little extra support. They get paid daily with "Crawford Cash" for successfully working towards a specific behavior goal and for completing theirs. This helps give students who struggle with their behavior a LITTLE extra motivation to make good choices.
Once paid they get to "SHOP" in the classroom store twice a week.
The items I am requesting, such as Crazy Aaron's Thinking Putty, Geddes Scented Pencils, and Mini Flashlight Keychains are all things that the students will be able to purchase with the money they earn. All the items that donors purchase will go into my classroom store. The store is vital in assisting my students in improving their behavior. Improvement in behavior is DIRECTLY correlated to improvement in academic achievement!
