I'm a speech-language therapist, which means I work with all kids who need help with speaking, understanding, reading, writing, and communicating! My students all have big dreams for the future - I teach aspiring pilots, zoologists, computer programmers and civil engineers! Please help me give my students opportunities to increase their literacy and job skills with job skills activities, grammar review and a Language Arts resource book.
My goal is to get my students ready for their future careers.
They require support with writing resumes and doing mock interviews, and these resources will assist them in developing these skills. There are many steps they need to take - whether it includes college, getting special certifications or licences, and gaining relevant work experience. Your gift will help me work with my students on building those key literacy skills they will need to succeed in the world of work as well as those all-important job skills that will get them hired!
