Help me give my students a classroom library that includes a robust read aloud selection to last us the year. Students will be able to keep books in pouches and listen to virtual read alouds with headphones.

My Project

There is nothing like getting lost in a good book. These materials will allow me to create a love of reading in my classroom that will hopefully last my students their entire lives well beyond school.

It is so powerful to be able to enjoy a good book with your students.

This will allow us to have a robust read aloud library as well as the materials needed for students to have books at their fingertips inside their desks to read and enjoy during independent time. Second grade is the time for students to move past learning to read and are now reading to learn. With a well-stocked library, a class set of headphones, and the necessary materials, I want to make this a reality for my students.
