This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We might be a little old fashioned when it comes to our classroom setting but my students are ready to jump into the future with a new projector.
My third grade students are a very inquisitive bunch.
They love learning and are always asking great questions. These twenty four students are smart and try very hard to get the most out of every day they are in school. Our school district is experiencing huge budget cuts but my class tries to seize each day with their love of learning.
My Project
Although my classroom is old and we don't have many electrical outlets I try to make the most of technology for my students. A new projector would allow my students to view power point lessons, along with math and language arts websites when hooked up to my laptop. We will even be able to play a learning game or two with a new projector beaming the fun questions on the board.
The great news is that everyone will have a good spot no matter where they sit and a great opportunity to "see" everything a third grader needs to prepare for the future.
