This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In the first week of school, I enjoyed getting to know all of my students and their varied personalities. I want to help all of my students by getting these materials to help make a difference in their learning. I noticed that some enjoy having a snack as they are completing their work, while others ask to borrow coloring pencils, markers, and other school supplies since they don't have their own. I want these materials to be used to help make a difference in the students learning by making sure they get what they need, whether it is a food item or supplies to complete math projects throughout the school year.
