TK Needs Something Fun to Practice Writing and Drawing
Help me give my students a great start to a first school year! My TK students will need these dry erase boards, markers to develop and practice their letter writing and drawing skills.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My TK/ Kindergarten students live in the low-income, mid-city district of Los Angeles. My students come to school every day and we have the highest attendance for a Title I/low-income school with a population of about 700 plus students. My Kindergarteners are a rambunctious, beautiful bunch of kids with so much life, love and learning to be had. They deserve everything the world has to offer and more! We are so proud of them, every step of the way! They are happy learners with smiles and excitement all day!
My Project
These materials will help my Transitional Kindergarteners develop and practice their writing and drawing skills. They will begin their first year in school, learning from home.
Therefore, my TK students need all of the materials made available to them, in order for them to succeed.
They will need dry erase boards with lines to practice writing their letters and numbers. The blank side of the dry erase board will give provide for them the opportunity to practice drawing everyday. The scissors will also help my students practice and develop their cutting skills at home.
