This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Having tissues in our classroom is a must, especially during cold season. My students are in need of more tissue boxes that they can use in the classroom and not having to go to the bathroom to use other type of tissue paper there. Having tissues in the classroom will keep students in the classroom and more engaged in their lessons.
The carpet sweeper will help have a clean classroom.
Our classroom is a portable classroom, and students come from recess with mud that they collect when heading back to class. Also, our carpet gets vacuumed every other day, and having a carpet sweeper will help keep a cleaner and healthier classroom. The snack will be a great incentive during our English language testing coming up. Students will be able to take small breaks during their testing, and these snacks will be a fun way to take a break during a stressful time.
