Tissues and Rewards

Help me give my students Kleenex tissues for their noses and incentives for their good work.

My Project

More than half of my students come from low-income homes, but we are not a Title I school, and, as a result, we lack the resources and opportunities for education that many other schools have. Almost all of my students qualify for free breakfast and lunch; often, those free meals are the only food they have. Many of the families of my kids are struggling to put food on the table and pay the rent, and I know how difficult it is for them to buy basic school supplies. I can't ask them to buy tissues.

I usually supply the Kleenex and incentives for my kids because I want them to be healthy, stay in school, and feel they are valued.

Lately, it has become too costly for me to buy the things my kids need. I am asking you to donate and help buy my students the tissues they need to be safe and as germ-free as possible. I am asking for Kleenex tissues in square boxes that can sit on the corner of each desk and help keep noses dry. I am also asking for a few incentives which I plan to give my kids in March.

Thank you. Your support makes it possible for me to do my job of teaching the best kids in the world! These Kleenex tissues will help improve the mental health of my kids because they won't feel different than their classmates.
