Help me give my students a microscope and slides to make the invisible visible! We learn about cells and microorganisms, and seeing them up close will bring this tiny world into view for us!
My scholars learn about cells, and we have a couple microscopes. I would like to add at least one more microscope and some premade slides to help reach more scholars at once! This will allow us to work together in smaller groups minimizing the time scholars wait to engage in the lesson!
We also study microorganisms, so agar plates will allow us to gather our own specimen to see the tiny world living on all our surfaces that we cannot see!
Of course, once we collect the samples, we want to stay safe so the alcohol wipes allow is to clean our surfaces and slides we create. The sharpies allow us to label our supplies to avoid cross contamination.
These hands-on lessons will allow my scholars to see all the life happening right under our very eyes-we just have to look closely!
