Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Kids love to create and build! Every day, my 4 and 5 year old students spend time in our building area. While we have a variety of building supplies and materials, the magna tiles are particularly popular and are used daily.
Please help us get jumbo magna tiles so they can elevate their creations to child-sized buildings.
This is my students' first school experience, so they are all learning how to cooperate in a group. Building together with friends helps kids develop engineering skills while they improve language development and practice social skills.
