My Project

We believe in providing our students with hands-on learning experiences that not only enrich their education but also foster a deeper connection with nature and the world around them. One of the projects we are particularly passionate about is our school garden, which serves as an outdoor classroom where students can learn about the wonders of nature, the importance of sustainable living, and the journey of food from seed to table.

Our kindergarten students have shown tremendous interest and enthusiasm for gardening, and we are eager to nurture their curiosity by expanding our garden and incorporating more educational resources into the curriculum.

To achieve this, we are in need of the following items to help get this journey started:

Pots: To provide individual gardening spaces for each student, allowing them to take ownership of their plants and observe their growth firsthand.

Vegetable Seeds: A variety of seeds will enable our students to explore different types of plants and learn about the diverse range of fruits and vegetables that can be grown.

Hydroponic Growing System: Introducing hydroponic gardening will allow our students to learn about alternative methods of cultivation and the importance of water conservation.

Propagating System: This will enable our students to propagate plants from cuttings, seeds, or other plant parts, deepening their understanding of plant reproduction and propagation techniques.

Books about Farming: Age-appropriate books will complement our gardening activities by providing valuable information and inspiring our students to delve deeper into the world of agriculture and farming practices.
