Tiny Bumps, Big Comfort: Fun Band-Aids for Brave Second Graders!

Help me give my students a classroom supply of assorted fun, high-quality adhesive bandages in a variety of kid-friendly themes and sizes.

My Project

My second graders are kind-hearted, curious, and full of energy. Many come from low-income families and may not always have access to basic comfort items at home. In our classroom, I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where students feel seen, valued, and loved.

Having fun band-aids on hand is one simple way to offer emotional support and show them that someone cares—especially when they need it most.

In a classroom full of energetic second graders, bumps, scrapes, and the occasional loose tooth are part of the daily adventure. Sometimes, a colorful, fun band-aid is all it takes to turn tears into smiles and help students bounce back to learning with confidence.

I'm requesting a supply of kid-friendly, themed band-aids—featuring animals, superheroes, and bright patterns—to comfort students when they have minor injuries or need a little reassurance. These small moments of care build trust, strengthen our classroom community, and help children feel safe and supported at school.


When students feel physically and emotionally cared for, they’re better able to focus, learn, and thrive - a band-aid may seem small, but to a child, it can mean the world.
