Our incredibly gifted students are learning how to use a 3D modeling program called Tinkercad and we want a 3D printer to bring those creations to life.
Our scholars are able to create and manipulate shapes and objects in 3D - they can make gears, rings, earrings, bolts, and even a few aliens!
In order to really see how their projects turn out it would be nice to upload them to a 3D printer so students can actually hold them in their hand. It is one thing to see their creations on a screen but something totally different - and wonderful- to print them out.
