Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The end of the year is quickly approaching and I want to make sure we celebrate our students and all that they have accomplished! Every year I host a mini awards ceremony in my class to recognize the outstanding work of all of my students! This year I want to include awards based on their academic excellence, community service, and leadership skills. I also want to give a small keychain with an inspirational quote to each student as a final parting gift.

I want to affirm all of my students for their unique contributions to our classroom culture and environment and celebrate their amazing work this year!

I want them to know that they are appreciated, valued, seen and heard and that they left a lasting impact on me and on each other!
