This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A classroom printer has transformed the way I provide resources for my students. I will be teaching a bilingual class this upcoming school year with a diverse range of academic levels. To effectively support their learning in subjects such as math, science, reading, writing, social studies, social emotional learning and handwriting, I need to be well-prepared with lessons and activities. Since I will be self-contained, having all the necessary materials ready is crucial. With five+ years of teaching experience, I understand the importance of having materials readily available for students. The ink will allow me to print resources in real time, enabling me to create class sets quickly and efficiently for my students.

In my years of teaching, color copies with vibrant, accurate colors have helped students better engage with and make connections to the activities.

My goal is to ensure my students have everything they need for the upcoming school year, and the ink is an essential part of that.
