My Project
Our classroom is a full day special education program for students in K4-1st grade. Our students require significant support and materials to be successful throughout the school day.
Donations to our project will provide our students with new board books and book storage containers. Our students enjoy looking at books and we provide them with many opportunities for them to look at books daily. These new board books will go on our book shelf in our classroom library and be included in our 15 minute daily book activity. During this activity, we read a book together then students look at books and practice concept of print skills while building their vocabulary.
