Help me give my students a wide range of seating options with the Intex Inflatable Empire Chairs, this will allow students to choose to work at different heights and in different positions.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My 6th and 7th grade students are the best! My classroom consists of students with varying exceptionalities, all levels of ESL (English as a Second Language) with Spanish and Vietnamese as a first language, and a great hugger who needs quiet space/time, as well as, students in a Forensics and Global Magnet Program!
DIVERSITY in this collaborative classroom learning environment provides me the opportunity of using multiple methods and strategies for delivering science content, which in turn provides students with an array of opportunities to both learn and share their acquired knowledge and unique ideas.
As a new teacher, I need a variety of tools to ignite their interest in science and spark their curiosity of the world around them. Any help in furthering the student's engagement is greatly appreciated by both myself and the students!
My Project
Flexible seating allows students to find comfortable positions throughout the classroom, and comfortable students are calm students. When calm, they are better focused and productive.
Uncomfortable students get distracted!
Not all students have the same needs, but currently all our chairs and desks are identical. In science, active problem-solving allows for a deeper understanding of science more so than a standard lecture. So, why have standard seating? Active learning needs to be a complete experience for the students.
These wonderful students are great at collaborative work; they are currently allowed to sit on top of the desks, walk around the classroom, and choose where in the classroom they will sit. They will love these seating options, and I am sure it will give many the sensory input they need. This in turn will allow them to better process information.
