This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Holy cow does 5 years in a classroom fly by! I was taking down a poster and noticed my bulletin paper was ripping! I thought about doing sheets, but I truly love the flexibility of the posterboard paper and how it looks. My students love the calming colors, and the fact that it looks like real wood.
I think it's time to redo some of the walls so they look fresh to start out the year!
A classroom with bulletin boards that are pleasing to look makes for a welcoming classroom that motivates my students to come to school and learn. I have 3 walls that NEED to be redone, and it takes one roll for each wall. I also want to update my middle wall with a calmer blue to match the vibe of the rest of the classroom. I use these walls to hang up their art, their math concepts, the amazing projects they do, and our school rules/calendars; the Post-it Easel Pad, stapler, and tape will be used by my students to apply their learning with the projects they complete!
