Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students are so often plopped on their computers for reading materials! We have fewer printed items than I would hope for our students to interact with, and research shows reading physical materials is more beneficial to the learning environment.
I would love to send them home with this printed magazine after we use it in class, so they have a more print-rich life at home.
I am so excited to teach them with a weekly magazine subscription which will aid them in learning about our REAL world with REAL text in front of them! Hope you can help!
