Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students come from challenging environments where aggression is often the answer to many problems. A lot of our students have issues related to anger and disrespect. Some of them have trouble interacting appropriately with one another, teachers, and administrators. These students have sometimes gone through some type of trauma, a divorce, or been the victims of abuse or neglect. Our district is 100% free lunch for all students.
My students come from high crime and poverty-stricken areas.
Views of violence is an everyday incident. Basic necessities are not often a given. This includes hygiene products. My students with special needs often feel as if no one notices them or acknowledges their positive behavior. My students need multiple opportunities to learn in many different ways.
My Project
My students must keep up with the latest advancements in education to spark an interest in reading. Education is changing every single day, and so are the interest of my students. With Study.com I will be able to prove my students with fun learning activities to enhance their learning. It will help plan engaging activities using videos, assessment tools and other classroom activities.
I also want their environment to be clean and germ free.
So, with the aid of the Touch-less dispenser I know that they will be able slide their hand underneath without touching the machine. We are extremely concerned with the spread of the virus and I want to do my part with ensuring me students are learning and staying safe.
