My Project
My students are just your old average American kids. My students never ask for much. They just want a clean environment and to be able to have a basic meal. During times of natural disaters they are not able to get this. We have expereinced water crisis due to the weather, tornadoes and effects of global warming. From tornadoes hitting parts of our town to trees being uprooted by ravaging winds they don't always have what they need during times of natural disasters. Being able to give out food bags during these trying times would really mean a lot to most of them. They will be able to focus on their school work with the basic needs that most of us take for granted a meal.
I hope to be able to help every student that does not have enough food during these trying times.
We just had a storm and folks were without water and power in some parts of town. Canned good and snacks helped folks out tremendously.
