My Students

I love each and every scholar I have the joy of teaching. My school is 99% composed of African Americans. My scholars come from low socio-economic backgrounds and challenging environments, which would seem to be a hindrance, however, it pushes them to excel even more. We each have our own bond that allows me to build a special relationship with each of them. When they see that you care, they will push themselves and go above and beyond. Each has their own learning style which makes them unique and allows me to creatively reach them.

My Project

The items I am requesting will create a clean and safe environment to continue our daily interactions without compromising my students. I will use the disinfectant wipes and sanitizing spray after each class and at the end of the day. I will be able to sanitize common areas during these necessary interactions. I want to clean the workspaces to protect the kids who will be entering my class without the worry of germs. The hand soap will be utilized before and after lunch and during restroom breaks. These items will help us to be as safe as possible while continuing to learn. For the students who return to school traditionally, I want them to assured that I have all we need to keep us as safe as possible.
