Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Wow, it's already my third year teaching special education! My students have worked so hard this year and I want to end it with an interactive and fun celebration for them. Students will be able to sign shirts after to remember their small groups and reflect back on all the accomplishments they've made. We started this project two years ago and all students loved it soooo much!! This how now turned into the End of the Year Tradition!

Help me get tie-dye materials for our end-of-year celebration, students will end the school year with smiles on their faces knowing they have designed their own shirts to show off during summer break!

They will have the memory of making tie-dye shirts in their hearts forever. Students are going to rock their shirts the last Tuesday before the school year end which will also be the start of a new tradition...Tie-dye Tuesdays!! Next school all special educaiton staff and students will rock the tie-dye on Tuesdays!

Since coming back from Spring Break, students haven't stopped asking if we will dye shirts again. Help me get this project funded by May 13th in order for my students to receive all the materials on time!!
