Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are energetic and fun-loving, as well as curious and motivated. They come from low socio-economic households and are facing difficult situations due to COVID 19.
Their eagerness to learn amidst this pandemic is admirable.
As English Language learners, I am confident they will continue to grow and overcome the challenges that lie ahead.
My Project
The materials listed will help my students stay focus and organized. The giant timer will remind them to stay on task, while the baggies will help them maintain their materials in one place.
The pandemic and distant learning has thrown a curve ball but I know my students are ready to hit a home run!
They will be able to so by using the materials itemized to keep them on track and engaged. It is my desire to empower them to take ownership over their learning and have a productive, learning experience.
