My Project

Having access to a TI-84 calculator is crucial for students who are developing their skills in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) fields. The TI-84 is more than just a calculator—it is a learning tool that bridges classroom concepts with real-world applications. From graphing complex functions in algebra and calculus to running basic programs in computer science, the TI-84 supports interactive learning and problem-solving.

In science classes, students use the TI-84 to analyze data, simulate experiments, and solve equations related to physics or chemistry.

For technology and engineering, the calculator introduces students to programming logic and algorithmic thinking. These hands-on experiences are essential for students who plan to pursue careers in data science, engineering, healthcare, and beyond.

Moreover, many standardized tests and college-level courses assume familiarity with the TI-84. By mastering it in high school, students enter higher education with a significant advantage. They gain not just confidence in math, but critical thinking and analytical skills that apply across STEAM disciplines.
