My Project

A calm and welcoming environment, paired with rewards and incentives, plays a crucial role in enhancing students' social and emotional well-being in school. A calm environment with the sensory items requested will provide a safe space where students feel secure and accepted, reducing anxiety and stress. This encourages positive interactions and helps students manage their emotions, which is essential for healthy relationships and academic focus. A welcoming atmosphere fosters a sense of belonging, promoting inclusivity and cooperation among peers.

Rewards and incentives, such as stickers, fidgets, and snacks, motivate students to engage in positive behaviors like kindness, sharing, and teamwork.

By acknowledging their efforts, students feel valued and develop greater self-confidence and emotional resilience. These strategies create a supportive environment where students can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically, while reinforcing the importance of positive behavior and self-regulation.
