My Project
We use technology on a daily basis to help us learn. One of our big focuses is researching in third grade. Third grade is a big transition from second grade.
Students go from learning to read to reading to learn.
Students are taught how to use articles online and use that information to synthesize with another article, video, etc. However, I have students at many different levels of reading. It is difficult to learn these skills if you are unable to read the articles at the level it is printed.
These materials will help my students be successful. The headphones will allow them the ability to listen to the passages being read to them. Also, using the keyboard to know how to type is an essential skill all students will need to learn.
