it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Thinking on your feet and collaborating in small groups creates an environment where students are encouraged to work with each other and inspire one another. I am teaching my students to be leaders but not fear taking the lead, giving them the marker, and allowing them to take a small group of students to the board and lead discussions. I am trying to provide the equipment they can tangibly hold and use to promote their inspiration and to attend to precision while working together and gaining profound knowledge of precision and detail. Small thinking groups are proven to be more effective when thinking on their feet.
