My Students
Do you remember playing games in school, and working as a team to learn new things?
My early intervention third grade students are working hard to learn new concepts, but many times they struggle to make meaning from paper and pencil assignments.
They learn best when they are actively engaged and having fun while working on new concepts.
My Project
The Challenge math game and Math Lacers will allow my students to put their "hands-on" concepts such as fractions, place value, multiplication, division, time and measurement. When students enjoy learning new things through games and hands-on activities they are better able to make meaning from what they are learning.
It is so important for my students participate in activities that both challenge and engage them.
The math resources your donations will provide will enable my students to have fun while they learn!
