This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The book "How to Think Like Leonardo Da Vinci" is all about being curious and brave and searching for our passions. My courses are focused on research, which can be dry and tedious, but having the opportunity to delve deeply into a topic can also be life-altering.
Students who get to explore, get to own their learning, and determine their trajectory in life.
I want to encourage them to think, ponder, and research in a way that makes them feel engaged and empowered. Reading this book together will help us build a strong community.
And since we will be starting the year with this book, it is also important for us all to get to know one another. Being able to share a bit about themselves with the posters will make the room theirs and will foster a vibrant and welcoming place to learn.
