Students always enjoy a challenge. Creating fun competitive learning opportunities is a way in which learning becomes fun!
Bragging rights are on the line!
Who has the fastest hand in the class? Although I work with 6th graders, its always fun to see the big kid in my students come out when they are excited about learning! We have arts integrated lessons and this helps with allowing students to have more options in how they are assessed and graded. More importantly, it allows them to express themselves in a variety of ways.
