Having a 3D printer would bring items to life for many different projects in our GATE room.
Gifted students think in multiple dimensions.
I'd like to give them a tool to print what they imagine. Teaching students to code and translate a design into a tangible object will be helpful to many projects in the GATE room. They can create game pieces for their student-created games. I can start an extracurricular club to teach students the basics of Tinkercad and 3D printing. Students have been begging for a printer seeing the many applications of it in our future world.
