Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are hospitalized with serious illnesses and conditions. Their lives have been terribly disrupted, and they value the routine of school in the midst of their new normal.
My students engage in both digital and analog learning activities.
Interactive reading notebooks from Lovin Lit will help them to "think like a reader" as they study plot, character traits, conflict, point of view, theme, figurative language, and mood and tone. Other rich and exciting digital resources will allow students to create slides and documents as they interact with literature while digging deep into grade level standards.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
