We teach in an a 1st grade Integrated-Co Teaching Classroom which encompasses a wide range of learners. Our students have various learning styles and needs. As educators, we pride ourselves on fostering an environment in which our students can grow and achieve their maximum potential. Additionally, we want our students to develop a love for learning while feeling successful and proud of themselves. Most importantly we want our students to exhibit compassion and good citizenship towards one another. We look forward to a fabulous year ahead!
My Project
Our students need visual aids and graphic organizers to help aid in their learning. Our diverse learners would benefit from color coding and individual aids at their fingertips to help with recall and retention of material. We are constantly printing graphic organizers, exemplar pieces and any other references to help our kids learn across all subject areas. In such a diverse classroom community, we are constantly modifying lessons to ensure all our students can achieve maximum success! My students need access to ink for our printer so visuals can be modified in color to better assist learning! By donating to this project, you will be helping our reach their potential and feel success both in and out of the classroom!
