This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Most of these new books will help my students with social emotional learning and key topics from our curriculum. Some items are for basic organization and fundamentals in the classroom.
My goal for this project is to inspire students.
Inspire them to keep reading, to grow socially and emotionally, and to be organized.
My students in my class are 8 and 9 year olds in their 4th year of bilingual education. We are working on being bilingual, biliterate, and culturally sensitive people who are the most important part of the future!
